The service I received from Ryan and hisstaff was better than what I received from dealerships

Repairs were done quickly and for less than the estimated price. Even better, they figured out how to use the upgraded parts that I provdided.

It was a refreshing experience to be greated and treated like a guest from the time you walked in the door until you walked out with a complete explaination of the work done and what may be needed at a later service, all this without any "hard sell".

I was 400 miles from home on Friday of Labor Day weekend. Ryan was so reassuring that he could take care of my problem. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got me on my way.

Very informative regarding repair and work requirements, but could be more cost competitive.

But the last time I went they drove me several miles out to Livermore so I could do some work, then came back out and picked me up. I look forward to bringing my car back to them! Unfortunately the scheduling thing on the web didn't work the way I'd expected, and I scheduled an appointment without actually knowing which day I'd scheduled. I only noticed that after it was too late. Autotron: Yay! DemandForce: oops.
