I brought my pickup in because my battery kept going dead. I was expecting to need a minimum of a new alternator. After checking everything, it was realized that the belt was too loose and not spinning the alternator at a level necessary to charge the battery. The belt now needed to be replaced. Instead of charging me for a new one, they used one I had sitting inside my truck. They could have charged me for a new belt, even installing a new alternator and I would probably been happy that it was nothing more serious. Instead, I was only charged a minimal amount of labor to replace and adjust the belt. It is so nice to see that a little honesty and integrity is still alive.

I've been going to these guys since I moved to Pleasanton. They don't do anything you don't personally authorize. They show you, if necessary exactly what needs repairing and can explain why in laymen's terms. They are punctual, courteous, and always offer me a lift if they keep the car for an extended period of time.In short, they rock!

I made an apointment on Wednesday and Jenny took me back home so that I could be at my water exercise class in Livermore by 8:30 a.m. the work was done to my satisfaction by late afternoon and Jenny came and got me to pick up the car. I thought the price was very reasonable. Chris also filled up my windshield wiper fluid on my van at no cost. I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend AutoTron to my friends.
