2003 Lexus IS300 in for 90K service. Did what was needed and did not object to the couple of items in this service that I did myself.

CSAA referred us to AUTOTRON in 1985. We have had 7 cars serviced by them over the years. They have done everything for us from A to Z. If you have ever read "In Search of Excellence" by Tom Peters, AUTOTRON would fit the profile of a great service provider with long term vision.

Ryan is the only mechanic I trust with my Nissan. He is helpful, understanding, and fair. You will not be disappointed using Autotron. Good mechanics are hard to come by.

As usual my experience with Autotron was excellent. They squeezed me in for my repair when they had a tight schedule on Friday of a holiday weekend. They had my estimate ready by 8:30 AM and my car was finished by noon. They didn't try to sell me any extra service but suggested a bit of maintenance that was long overdue. I had just once concern; when I reviewed my paperwork upon pickup there was a paragraph about how I had been advised that my brakes need repair immed.; I received no such adivisement. All in all, a great experience.

Routine maintenance completed. Also had a headlamp bulb replaced; they found 2 more that were out - fixed at no labor charge, thanks! We reviewed some more significant maintenance that needs to be done and decided to tackle it next time around (no pressure tactics on that). I like that these guys are up on using technology to better run their business - makes me feel good about the management.

I want to say a big "thank you" to Ryan and Jen for the peace of mind I now have with my car.

It's nice to know that in a world where people are willing to cheat you that this shop makes a point of not doing work that your car does not need!

Autotron is the best service and repair garage that I have ever used!I moved to Southern California a few years ago and I still plan trips to the Bay Area when my Toyota Truck needs service so Autotron can work on it. They are the best! Honest, affordable car repair.
