I first took my Toyota with over 100,000 miles on it to Autotron for a major service, including timing belt replacement, water pump, seals/gaskets, spark plugs, etc. It wasn't cheap, but it was a big job and very labor intensive. I figure I'll now be able to get several more years out of this vehicle. The service was done right and completed on-time. I had also been experiencing a very intermittent problem where the car would run rough, stall, and then not start again for several minutes. At one point, I had taken the car into the Toyota dealership for this, but there were no 'codes' and the mechanic could not diagnose the issue. While driving into work recently, the problem surfaced again and I happened to be near Autotron. I pulled right up to the service bay and flagged down the owner, Ryan. He came over and reprioritized work so they could look at the car while the problem was happening. They were able to diagnose the problem as a faulty EGR value. It was replaced that same day and I haven't had any problems since. I would definitely recommend Ryan and his team at Autotron as a great alternative to going to a car dealership. Very courteous staff (including Ryan's wife, Jennifer, running the office and shuttle vehicle), knowledgeable mechanics, and outstanding customer service! I'm definitely a repeat client!

Ryan and his team have always been great!! They worked on my old Toyota Landcruiser with 240K miles that other shops said was dying and they brough it back to life for a minimal amount. In addition, their customer service is always Top of the LIne...Thank you

I took my car in for a service check. I called to make an appointment and got right in with my first choice of dates. I asked about services due and they did not try to hard sell unneeded service.Picked up my car the same day. Once again, they did a wonderful job and my car came back freshly vacuumed! LOVE that!
