We have used Autotron in our family for more than 30 years. They are the one automotive service center I can say has never, ever tried to sell me service or repairs that I truly did not need. I know when I take a car in for something unusual that they will not take advantage of the situation and claim there are a multitude of things that must be repaired. We take all of our cars to them and always get a good price for their great work.

I had a problem with my 2006 PT Cruiser idleing roughly and shifting down sort of at stop lights with the air conditioner on and car felt like it was going to die on me, so I took it in and Ryan did a diagnostic on it and found the fan assembly was not working properly in the radiator for the air conditioner, called me to let me know. He ordered the part, fixed the car and it runs great. Also my warranty covered most of it. His wife Jennifer who works in the office, also gave me rides and I appreciate that very much. I've been going to Autotron for many years and have always been pleased with the service.

I have been dealing with Ryan for 11 years now, and respect his knowledge of cars, the authenticity of his advice, the quality of his work and impeccable service. He has always provided the pros and cons of repair in terms safety and of the long term benefit, especially in a couple of older cars that my children have driven. Autotron Service Center is a jewel in the auto service business.

I had my girlfriend's Toyota Frontier pickup serviced at Autotron. The repair bill was going to approximate the vehicle value. I stepped out of the pix and let Ryan take the time to explain to my girlfriend what he was doing, why he was doing it and then suggest a way to mitigate the expense. She agreed. Thanks, Ryan!
