I moved from Texas to Pleasanton last week, and right away needed some work done on my '06 Frontier. I found Autotron via Yelp and paid them a visit. Ryan fit me into his busy schedule on a Friday. He clearly explained what was going to be done with my truck, and had fair pricing. He spent some time talking to me and it seems that he is a straight shooter who will get the job done correctly and efficiently. I hope to have found a quality auto shop, and will certainly be back again, and provide a follow up on this review

Ryan and his team always do a great job ensuring I'm well cared for and informed of the services they are doing.

Ryan & his crew are very friendly, provide a great customer experience and have taken good care of my cars. What I appreciate most is not feeling exploited like with certain dealerships, who claim finding flaws that often don't exist. Here I feel that my cars are in good and honest hands.

Autotron has been our family's go-to place for auto repairs for years; they have provided us with great customer service, are priced competitively, and are thorough and knowledgable. They don't try to upsell, and are genuinely interested in fixing any problems we bring to them.

We have been taking our cars to Autotron for service for a very long time. The service has been great and very reliable. Our Nissan recently had mechanical problems near Santa Cruz. We had it towed to Autotron becuase I do not trust other auto shops and the possiblity that they would run up the bill. The Nissan was fixed by the end of the next day and the cost was very reasonable. We very highly recommend Autotron and would not take our cars anywhere else.

As always, the service was Outstanding. Look forward to an opportunity to use you again in the near future.

Once again our service was the best. Jennifer and Ryan do everything possible to make this experience a good one, including transportation to and from my office while my car was being serviced. I recommend Autotron to everyone I know!
