Wonderful experience with Autotron. My first time taking my car in. They were polite, explained what they were going to do for me, then reiterated it again when they called to tell me what needed fixing. I especially liked how they said they would check back in a few days to make sure all was working well with my car. They made the squealing noise go away under the hood, and I felt they were reasonable with their pricing. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for future work. I really liked my experience. The staff is friendly and honest. I brought my wife's care in because the battery kept running down. They could have sold me a new battery or more but they told me that everything checked out and it appeared to be just a loose battery cable. No problems with the car since then.

They squeezed me in after my horrible experience with another shop the day before. Fast and they fixed the problem and even gave me a ride to and from work. Excellent experience.

My last visit was for a major service to my vehicle, but at the same time I mentioned two other items I wanted Autotron to check for me. One was an intermittent flashing of a dome light that had bothered me occasionally for years. Autotron found the problem and fixed it. They also corrected the second annoying item for me at a slight cost to me.Have always been pleased with the service provided by this firm.
