Our vehicle is one of GM's creations...that is no longer sold...Ryan and team have done a great job maintaining on this 14 year old SUV. Our unique tailgate decided to work infrequently. Ryan did extensive diagnostics to isolate the exact problem to insure not ordering the wrong replacement part. It took time...and patience. We are very grateful for his persistence...the problem is solved.
